IMPORTANT NOTICE: These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", "you") and bp99.asia ("bp99", "the Company", "we", "us"). Access to or use of any bp99 service constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the bp99 platform.
1.1 By accessing, registering on, or using any service offered by bp99.asia, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be legally bound by them, together with the bp99 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
1.2 These Terms apply to all products and services offered by bp99, including but not limited to: the Sportsbook, bp99 Casino (live dealer games and RNG table games), Slots, Lucky Dice, EPL Betting markets, and all associated account, payment, and promotional services.
1.3 bp99 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments. Members are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.
AGE RESTRICTION: bp99 services are strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. It is an offence to use or attempt to use bp99 services if you are under 21 years old.

3.1 To access bp99 services, you must register a single personal account. Registration requires the provision of accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Malaysian mobile phone number.
3.2 One Account Per Person: Each individual may maintain only one registered bp99 account. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. bp99 may void all bets, forfeit all balances, and permanently close all associated accounts upon detection of duplicate accounts.
3.3 You warrant that all information provided during registration is truthful and accurate. bp99 may request documentary proof of identity (NRIC, passport), address, and payment method ownership at any time as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance obligations.
3.4 bp99 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or allow any third party to access or operate your bp99 account.
3.5 Corporate accounts, accounts held on behalf of partnerships, or accounts representing any entity other than the individual natural person named in the account are not permitted.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bp99 login credentials (username and password). You must not disclose your credentials to any third party under any circumstances.
4.2 bp99 will never contact you by any channel to request your password. Any communication claiming to be from bp99 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to bp99 support immediately.
4.3 You must notify bp99 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to, or suspicious activity on, your account. bp99's 24/7 live chat support team can assist with account security matters at any time.
4.4 bp99 shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials, except where such losses are directly caused by a security failure on the part of bp99's systems.
4.5 bp99 strongly recommends enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) on your account. Instructions for enabling 2FA are available in your account security settings following bp99 login.
5.1 All financial transactions on the bp99 platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). bp99 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any currency other than MYR, unless expressly stated otherwise for specific cryptocurrency payment methods.
5.2 Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods currently include: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank online banking, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank PBeBank, and selected cryptocurrency options. bp99 reserves the right to add, remove, or modify available payment methods at any time.
5.3 Deposits are typically credited to your bp99 account immediately upon confirmed receipt from the payment provider. bp99 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
5.4 Withdrawal Conditions: Withdrawals are subject to identity verification (KYC) completion. bp99 requires that the withdrawal method match the deposit method used where technically possible. Withdrawals to a payment method not used for a corresponding deposit may be subject to additional verification.
5.5 bp99 reserves the right to conduct anti-money laundering (AML) checks on deposits and withdrawals as required by its licensing obligations. Funds suspected of having an unlawful origin may be frozen pending investigation and reported to relevant authorities.
5.6 The minimum withdrawal amount and applicable processing timeframes are published in the bp99 cashier section and may be updated from time to time.
An account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months will be classified as dormant. bp99 may apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant accounts after providing notice by email. Account balances that fall to zero as a result of administrative fees will result in account closure.
6.1 All bets placed on bp99 are subject to these general Terms and the specific rules applicable to each sport or market, which are published in the bp99 Sportsbook help section.
6.2 A bet is confirmed and binding once you receive a bet confirmation reference number from bp99. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the Member once confirmed, except where bp99's specific rules for a given market expressly permit cash-out or bet amendment.
6.3 bp99 reserves the right to void or suspend any bet at any time where:
6.4 Palpable Errors: bp99 reserves the right to correct or void bets placed at clearly incorrect odds resulting from a human, technical, or data feed error. A palpable error is defined as one where the stated odds are obviously and materially different from the fair market price available at other licensed operators at the time of bet placement. bp99 will endeavour to notify affected Members by email.
6.5 Maximum winnings per event, per bet type, and per day are subject to limits that are published in the bp99 Sportsbook. bp99 reserves the right to adjust individual account bet limits at its sole discretion.
6.6 In-play betting markets are offered at bp99's discretion and may be suspended or removed at any time. Bets placed on an in-play market prior to its suspension are subject to the outcome of the relevant event unless otherwise specified.
7.1 Live (in-play) betting is subject to inherent delays between real-world events and the bp99 platform feed. bp99 will void live bets where there is clear evidence that the bet was placed after the relevant event had already occurred (e.g., a goal scored before the bet was registered in the system).
7.2 bp99 uses automated and manual systems to detect late in-play bets. Winnings resulting from confirmed late bets will be voided and the original stake returned.
7.3 Connection failures, browser issues, or device problems on the Member's side do not constitute grounds for bet cancellation. It is the Member's responsibility to ensure a stable internet connection when placing live bets.
8.1 All casino games available on bp99, including live dealer games provided by third-party studios and RNG-based slot and table games, are governed by the rules of each individual game as presented within the game interface.
8.2 Theoretical Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are published by the respective game providers and are not manipulated by bp99. Live dealer games are conducted by independent studios under their own certification.
8.3 In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a casino game session — including but not limited to disconnections, game freezes, or software errors — the round in progress at the time of the malfunction will be voided and the bet stake returned to the Member's balance. bp99 cannot guarantee the outcome of any round will be preserved following a technical fault.
8.4 Progressive jackpot amounts are determined by the individual game provider. bp99 acts as a distributor of these games and is not responsible for the calculation or payout of progressive jackpots, which are managed by the provider.
9.1 bp99 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other incentives to registered Members. All promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which supplement and take precedence over these general Terms for the purposes of that promotion.
9.2 Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (turnover requirements) before withdrawal. The applicable multiplier, eligible games or markets, and expiry period are specified in the promotion-specific terms.
9.3 bp99 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after a Member has already claimed it, bp99 will honour the wagering requirement terms applicable at the time of claim.
9.4 Bonus Abuse: bp99 employs automated and manual systems to detect abusive or fraudulent use of promotions, including but not limited to: the use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms (so-called "bonus hunting" or "bonus whoring"), and the use of minimal-risk betting strategies to satisfy wagering requirements. bp99 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings and to suspend or permanently close accounts where bonus abuse is determined.
9.5 Bonuses and free bets credited to a bp99 account do not constitute real-money funds until wagering requirements have been met in full.
10.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bp99 platform:
10.2 bp99 reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate in response to prohibited conduct, including immediate account suspension, permanent closure, voiding of all pending and settled bets, and forfeiture of account balances. bp99 may also report suspected criminal activity to relevant law enforcement authorities.
11.1 All content on the bp99 platform — including but not limited to the bp99 name and logo, website design, software, text, images, game content supplied by licensed providers, and data feeds — is the intellectual property of bp99.asia or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
11.2 You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any bp99 content without the prior written consent of bp99. Unauthorised use of bp99's intellectual property constitutes infringement and may be subject to legal action.
12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bp99's total liability to any Member in connection with any claim arising out of or related to the use of bp99 services shall not exceed the total value of bets placed by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.2 bp99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, even if bp99 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
12.3 bp99 does not warrant that the platform will operate free from errors or interruption at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party payment processor failures, and force majeure events are outside bp99's control and do not give rise to liability.
12.4 Gambling inherently involves risk. bp99 accepts no responsibility for losses incurred through normal gambling activity on the platform. Members acknowledge that they may lose all funds deposited and bet on bp99.
13.1 bp99 is committed to promoting safe, responsible gambling. The bp99 platform provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Members:
13.2 These tools are accessible from your bp99 account settings. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and irrevocably for the selected duration. During a self-exclusion period, bp99 will not process any new account registrations from the excluded individual.

13.4 bp99 does not target marketing communications at self-excluded individuals and employs systems to prevent self-excluded Members from being included in promotional campaigns.
14.1 bp99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
14.2 Where an account is closed for a reason other than Member breach, bp99 will return any verified real-money balance to the Member via the most recent verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
14.3 Members who wish to voluntarily close their bp99 account may do so by contacting the bp99 support team. Accounts with pending bets or unmet wagering requirements may not be closed until those obligations are resolved.
15.1 bp99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members by email to the registered address or by a prominent notice on the bp99 website prior to the effective date of the change.
15.2 Your continued use of bp99 services after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using bp99 services and close your account prior to the effective date.
16.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under bp99's international gaming authority licence. bp99 operates as a licensed entity; full licensing details are available upon written request to the support contact address below.
16.2 In the event of a dispute between a Member and bp99, the Member should first raise the matter directly with bp99 customer support. bp99 will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 10 business days of receiving formal written notification.
16.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct correspondence, the matter shall be referred to the dispute resolution process specified by bp99's licensing authority, whose decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
16.4 Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Malaysian consumer protection legislation.
